Pablo Franzini is President of ARAUCO North America, including the operations of Canada, the United States and Mexico. He has been with ARAUCO since 2005, having worked in the financial, logistics and commercial areas of the company in Argentina and subsequently as President of Arauco Brazil. He has a degree in business economics from the Torcuato Di Tella University, Argentina and has an MBA from the Erasmus University,The Netherlands. Pablo is an International Vice President with the Arauco corporate governance team.
Matt Swinnie is Vice President of Human Resource and EHS&S. In this role, he oversees all operations and initiatives in human resources, safety, environmental, talent acquisition and payroll for the US and Canada, and serves as the human capital expert with all of ARAUCO North America's business units. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and is a licensed CPA.
Russ Jordan serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ARAUCO North America, leading the sales, distribution and marketing efforts in the U.S. and Canada. The North American business unit serves a broad and diverse customer base through industry leading products and services within the composite panel, moulding and millwork, plywood and lumber sectors. Russ joined ARAUCO in 2006 and has been instrumental in the company's emergence as a premier supplier of wood panels in North America.
Domingo Amunátegui serves as Vice President of Supply Chain and oversees the planning and logistics teams. His responsibilities in North America include demand planning, production planning, transportation and distribution for ARAUCO products manufactured through both domestic and South American operations. Domingo holds an industrial engineering degree and master’s degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Mike Luepkes is Vice President of Operations for ARAUCO North America. Mike oversees the MDF/HDF manufacturing and technical support groups and leads continuous improvement initiatives for ARAUCO operations. He has been in the wood panel industry for over thirty-five years and has worked for a variety of companies in that time.
